Information You Disclose to Us

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for our Services, you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Services or otherwise contacting us.

Publicly Available Information of You. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, nickname, email addresses, business email, business phone number, mobile and other phone numbers, etc. We do not collect any peculiar information from other social media platforms except for links shared by you on www.RackSky.com which are used solely for redirection to your referenced page on an external site.
Information Provided by You. We do not collect data collected from third-party surveys, financial information (credit card number, purchase history, invoices, etc.) and other similar data.
Transactions and Payments Data. If you use our payments services, or use our Services meant for purchases or initiate other financial transactions, we would be required to process additional information about you (such as payment account and transaction information). Payment account and transaction information comprises information required to conclude the transaction (e.g., payment method information, shipping details, and transaction amount). We only collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. However, RackSky does not divulge third parties into accessing your information.
Social Media Login Data. If you login through other social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, etc. we would have access to your data to the extent that is shared with us. In addition, the information you provide while signing up to RackSky is information we store with us and it is encrypted in a backend storage accessible to only the security team at RackSky.
All the information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such information.

In Short: Some information - such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
Log and Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This also includes service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. Our servers are located all over the world with access provided to AWS in the United States. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?” above), in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area and your data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will take all necessary measures to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law. However, by agreeing to our services, you hold us harmless of any breach of GDPR requirements. We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your information for longer than a reasonable period past the start of the idle period on the user’s account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
A privacy breach occurs when there is unauthorized access to or collection, use, disclosure or disposal of information. You will be notified about data breaches when RackSky believes you are likely to be at risk or serious harm. For example, a data breach may be likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental or physical well-being. In the event that RackSky becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of information RackSky will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
