RackSky ("RackSky," "our," "we," or "us") strives to assist people and organizations in safeguarding their intellectual property rights (IPR). RackSky users explicitly approve of our Terms of Use ("Terms") by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, "Services"). Our Terms prohibit our users from violating IPRs of others when using our Services (including their copyrights and trademarks). As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we only retain our users' information in the ordinary course of offering our Services. However, we do host our users' account information (e.g., their profile picture, profile name, email, mobile number, etc.) as a part of their account information.

To file for copyright infringement and request that RackSky remove any infringing content it is hosting as outlined above, you are requested to send via email a filled copyright infringement claim to legal@racksky.com.
- 2. TRADEMARK
Prior to sending a copyright infringement claim, you might want to consider communicating via messaging with the concerned RackSky user you belief why they may have infringed your copyright. It is quite possible that you could succeed in amicably resolving the issue without contacting RackSky.
- 3. CONTENT OF YOUR COPYRIGHT or TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT CLAIM TO RACKSKY
You are requested to submit all of the following details upon reporting a copyright or trademark infringement claim to RackSky:
- 1. Your complete contact details (full name, mailing address, and phone number(s)). It should be noted by you that we, on a regular basis, give your contact information (i.e., your name and email address), name of your organization or client (owning the concerned rights), and your report’s content to the person being reported by you for copyright infringement. You might want to consider providing a professional or business email address where reaching you is easy.
- 2. A detailed explanation of the copyrighted property or trademark which, according to you, stands to be infringed.
- 3. A detailed explanation of the content hosted on our Services which, according to your claim, stands infringing your copyright or trademark.
- 4. Reasonably sufficient Information allowing us to easily locate the supposedly infringing material on our Services. You are requested to provide us the phone number of the person who has submitted the infringing content on our Services.
- 5. A declaration that:
- You, in utmost good faith, believe that utilizing the above-mentioned copyrighted or trademarked content, in the way that you have complained of, is unauthorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law;
- The information in your claim is accurate; and
- You declare, under penalty of perjury, that you own, or are authorized to act on behalf of, the exclusive copyright or trademark that is allegedly infringed.
