RACKSKY COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

This policy is effective as of 1st July 2021.

RackSky’s Community Guidelines (CG) are prepared to make sure that our community is duly safeguarded. These CG explain what is permitted and what is prohibited on RackSky. Applicability of the CG is to all content-types on the RackSky platform (i.e., videos, comments, links, thumbnails, etc.). RackSky allows people of different countries and cultures (speaking dozens of languages) to access its Services, feel empowered to communicate and increase productivity. These aspects motivate us to seriously eliminate any type of abuse away from our service.  We have ensured that our policies are inclusive of diverse views and beliefs. RackSky is committed to promote authenticity, ensure safety (privacy and dignity) of its community. RackSky limits usage of its Services only under special circumstances that amount to abuses, of the following nature:

1. 1. Spam and deceptive practices including fake engagement (manipulative metrics), impersonation (identity thefts), and scams (frauds).
2. 2. Sensitive content including the content against child safety, suicide and self-injury, and nudity and sexual content. (Including the juvenile victim rights and identity protection (non-disclosure obligation) content type specified and explained in detail in our TERMS OF USE: 2. ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR SERVICES: Legal and Acceptable Use sub-clause 2.)

• 3. Violent or dangerous content including harassment and cyberbullying, harmful or dangerous content, hate speech, violent criminal organizations, violent or graphic content, and COVID-19 misinformation.
• 4. Regulated goods such as content featuring firearms, sale of illegal or other regulated goods

RackSky’s policies allow content that is appropriate for its diverse user base, does not violate intellectual property rights, promotes meaningful and authentic interactions, adheres to the law, respects other RackSky users, thoughtfully posted newsworthy events, and helps in keeping the community safe.

If your content violates this policy, RackSky will remove the content. Your account might also get terminated if committing repeated violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
